Welcome to Vanity Xtreme Beauty Lounge. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, the booking of our salon services, and the purchase of our products. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

We offer a range of professional hair and beauty services, including but not limited to hair installations, custom wig units, and bridal packages. We also sell high-quality beauty products, including our own line of "Vanity Packages" and "Vanity Units."

• Client-Provided Materials: While we highly recommend using our in-house products for optimal results, we accept outside bundles and units for installation on specific days (Tuesday-Friday). An additional fee of $40 applies to outside lace installations. Vanity Xtreme Beauty Lounge is not responsible for the results, longevity, or quality of services performed using hair, lace, or products provided by the client. We reserve the right to refuse service if client-provided materials are of poor quality (e.g., beauty supply store lace, synthetic blends).
• Hair Preparation: Clients must arrive for their appointment with hair that is clean, fully detangled, and free of heavy products, unless a shampoo service is part of the booking. A minimum prep fee of $25 will be charged if these conditions are not met, and may lead to appointment cancellation if time does not permit.

2. ACCOUNTS AND BOOKINGS

To book services or purchase products, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vanity Xtreme Beauty Lounge and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING CONSENT

By booking a service with Vanity Xtreme Beauty Lounge, you consent to the use of photographs and/or videos of your finished style for marketing and promotional purposes on our social media platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and any other marketing channels. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must inform your stylist before your service begins. We will always respect your privacy.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Vanity Xtreme Beauty Lounge shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from services or products, provided we have not been negligent. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to any service. Our liability for any claim arising from our services or products is limited to the cost of the service or product.

6. CHILDREN POLICY

To maintain a relaxing and professional atmosphere, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. A parent or guardian must accompany any minor receiving a service at all times. We reserve the right to cancel an appointment without refund if this policy is violated.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Mississippi.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
