PAYMENT POLICY

This policy outlines the payment terms and accepted methods for all services and products at Vanity Xtreme Beauty Lounge.
1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
To provide flexibility for our clients, we accept a wide range of payment methods:
In-Salon Payments: We accept Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Tap-to-Pay, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash.
Online Payments: For purchases made through our website, we accept Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Wix Payments checkout.
Buy Now, Pay Later: We have partnered with Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, and Sezzle to offer flexible financing options for your purchases, subject to their approval terms.
Please note: We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
2. PAYMENT TERMS FOR SERVICES
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all service appointments. This deposit is applied toward the final cost of your service.
Balance Due: The remaining balance for your service must be paid in full at the conclusion of your appointment. Clients will not be permitted to leave the salon to retrieve funds. Please ensure you have an accepted form of payment ready before your service is completed.
Tips: Tipping your stylist is greatly appreciated and can be added to your final payment.
3. PAYMENT TERMS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Payment for all online orders, including custom wig units and hair products, must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received and verified. Any failed transactions or payment disputes may result in order cancellation.
4. LATE PAYMENTS OR FAILED CHARGES
In the event of a failed charge for a deposit or final balance, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion. We reserve the right to require full prepayment for any future bookings if a payment issue occurs.
5. REFUNDS
All payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We do not offer refunds on non-refundable deposits, completed services, or opened products. Please review this policy for complete details.
