SHIPPING, PICK-UP & RETURN POLICY

This policy outlines the procedures for shipping, in-store pick-up, and returns for products purchased from Vanity Xtreme Beauty Lounge.

1. SHIPPING POLICY
- Processing Time: Standard orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Custom units and special orders may require additional processing time, with custom wig orders taking up to 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery.
- Order Fulfillment: All hair products are shipped directly from our warehouse and do not ship from our salon location.
- Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We offer multiple shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery. Delivery times vary based on your location and the products ordered:
- Hair Bundles (24 inches and under): Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days.
- Hair Bundles (over 24 inches): These are special order items and will ship 8 to 12 days after your order is placed.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Vanity Xtreme Beauty Lounge is not responsible for shipping errors, delays, or returned packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
- Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages: Once a package has been scanned by the shipping carrier, Vanity Xtreme Beauty Lounge is no longer responsible for it. For any issues with lost, stolen, or delayed packages, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide any necessary information to assist you in the claims process.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that additional shipping fees, duties, and taxes may apply, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
2. IN-SALON PICK-UP
We offer the convenience of in-salon pick-up for online orders at our Jackson, MS location. If you select this option at checkout, you will be notified via email when your order is ready. Please have your order confirmation and a valid ID at the time of pick-up.
3. RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
- Services: We do not offer refunds on any services that have been completed. Your satisfaction is our priority, so please communicate any concerns to your stylist before leaving the salon.
- Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products, custom units, or any other items for hygiene and quality control reasons.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vanityxtremebeautylounge.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution at our discretion.
