BOOKING POLICY & GUIDELINES
Effective Date: February 7, 2026
To ensure a seamless and professional experience for all our clients, this policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking appointments at Vanity Xtreme Beauty Lounge. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
1. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the conclusion of your service via Tap, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Clients will not be permitted to leave the salon to retrieve funds—no exceptions.
2. ARRIVAL & TIMING
We value your time and ours. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
- Late Arrival: A $15 late fee will be applied if you are 15 or more minutes late.
- Cancellation for Lateness: Your appointment will be automatically CANCELED if you are 25 or more minutes late, and our cancellation policy will apply.
- Appointment Duration: Please plan accordingly, as service times can range from 3 to 5 hours depending on the selected style.
3. HAIR & UNIT INSTALLATION POLICY
- Recommended Products: Our in-house Vanity Packages & Units are highly recommended for the best results and are available for booking daily.
- Client-Provided Hair: We accept outside bundles and units for installation services from Tuesday to Friday ONLY. An additional $40 fee will be applied for all outside lace installations.
- Lace Drop-Off: All lace products (closures, frontals, and wig units) must be dropped off at the salon 2-3 days prior to your appointment for necessary customization (e.g., bleaching, plucking). Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
- Lace Quality: We do NOT accept or work with lace from beauty supply stores. Using poor-quality lace may require a replacement at your cost or lead to the cancellation of your appointment.
4. SATURDAY APPOINTMENT POLICY
Saturday appointments are exclusively reserved for the following clients, with NO EXCEPTIONS:
- New Vanity Package Clients
- New Vanity Unit Clients
- V.I.P. Vanity Guests
5. SQUEEZE-IN & OFF-HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Appointments scheduled outside of our regular online booking hours (i.e., before 9:30 AM or after 5:30 PM) are considered "Squeeze-In" appointments. These appointments are subject to availability and will incur a $100 emergency fee in addition to the service price.
6. BRIDAL BOOKINGS
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure and block off your date for all bridal services. We recommend booking a consultation to discuss details for your special day.
7. CONSULTATIONS
If you are unsure which service or style is best for you, we offer virtual and in-person consultations by appointment. These are highly recommended for first-time clients, bridal bookings, or those considering a major style change. Please note that the consultation fee is a separate service charge and will not be credited towards a future appointment.
8. GUEST & CHILDREN POLICY
To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, NO EXTRA GUESTS are permitted during your appointment. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service, in which case they must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times.
9. HEALTH & HYGIENE
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. Clients who arrive visibly ill may be asked to leave for the safety of our staff and other clients. Our salon adheres to strict sanitation and disinfection protocols.
