CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

This policy outlines how Vanity Xtreme Beauty Lounge handles payment disputes and chargebacks. Our goal is to provide clarity on your rights and our procedures to prevent fraudulent claims and protect our business.

1. OUR STANCE ON CHARGEBACKS

All sales are final. By booking an appointment and receiving services or purchasing products from Vanity Xtreme Beauty Lounge, you agree to pay the full amount due at the time of service or purchase.

Initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card company after a service has been rendered or a product has been delivered is considered a breach of our payment terms and may be treated as fraud. We take fraudulent disputes very seriously and maintain detailed records of all transactions to protect against such claims.

2. BEFORE FILING A DISPUTE

If you have a concern or issue with a charge from us, we require that you contact us directly at info@vanityxtremebeautylounge.com or 769-232-3088 to resolve the matter professionally. Open communication is the best way to address misunderstandings, and we are committed to finding a fair resolution.

3. OUR DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS

When a chargeback is initiated, we will take the following steps:

  1. Investigation: We will conduct a thorough internal investigation into the claim.
  2. Documentation: We will provide the issuing bank with comprehensive evidence to dispute the chargeback. This documentation includes, but is not limited to:
    • Proof of service or product delivery.
    • Your signed consent forms and appointment confirmations.
    • Our clearly stated and agreed-upon policies (Booking, Refund, Cancellation).
    • A record of all communications with you.
    • Transaction logs, IP addresses, and shipping confirmations for online orders.

4. CONSEQUENCES OF FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS

Any client who initiates a fraudulent or improper chargeback will face the following consequences:

  • Permanent Ban: You will be permanently blocked from booking any future services or making purchases from Vanity Xtreme Beauty Lounge.
  • Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount, in addition to any fees or costs incurred during the chargeback process.
  • Collection Agency: Unpaid balances resulting from a reversed chargeback may be reported to a collections agency, which can impact your credit.

5. HOW TO AVOID DISPUTES

  • Understand Our Policies: Carefully review our Booking, Refund, and Cancellation policies before making a purchase or booking a service.
  • Communicate Directly: Always contact us first to resolve any issues. We are here to help.
  • Keep Records: Retain all your appointment confirmations, receipts, and communications with us.
