Refund & Cancellation Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: February 7, 2026

At Vanity Xtreme Beauty Lounge, we are committed to providing exceptional service and products. This policy outlines our terms for refunds and cancellations to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.

1. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY FOR SERVICES

We require at least 24 hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the appointment slot to other clients.

  • Timely Cancellations/Rescheduling (24+ hours' notice): If you cancel or request to reschedule before the 24-hour window, your non-refundable deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. You have 7 days from the date of your original booking to select a new appointment date.
  • Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice): Any cancellation or rescheduling request made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • No-Call / No-Show: If you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notification, you will be blocked from all future bookings until a 50% rebooking fee (based on the price of the missed service) is paid. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. REFUND POLICY FOR SERVICES

All services rendered are non-refundable. We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your service, you must notify your stylist before leaving the salon so that we can address the issue immediately.

At the stylist's discretion, we may offer a complimentary touch-up or correction service. Any such corrective service must be scheduled within 24 hours of your original appointment.

3. REFUND POLICY FOR PRODUCTS

All product sales are final. Due to hygiene standards and the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items, including hair bundles, lace units, custom wigs, or retail beauty products.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@vanityxtremebeautylounge.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will review the claim and determine a resolution at our discretion.

4. DEPOSIT POLICY

All deposits made to secure an appointment are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes deposits for standard services and the $200 non-refundable deposit required for bridal bookings.
