VANITY XTREME BOOKING POLICY

Policy & Appointment Guideline

Vanity Xtreme's booking slots open on the 15th of each month for the following month's schedule.​​

Please note that service times are estimated and set to accommodate multiple guests daily. To ensure the best experience for both the client and the stylist, kindly follow the guidelines for your appointment with Vanity Xtreme.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

  •  All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

  • The balance must be paid in full at the end of your service via Tap, Zelle, or Apple Pay. 

  • Guests will NOT be allowed to leave the premises until all funds have been collected for services rendered no exceptions. 

  • If you decide to cancel, change the date of your appointment, or make any change before the 24 hour cancellation window you then have 7 days from the day of your original booking date to pick another date or reschedule.

ARRIVAL & TIMING

  • Please arrive on time. 

  • 15+ minutes late = $15 late fee. 

  • 25+ minutes late = Appointment CANCELED. 

  • Appointments may take 3 to 5 hours depending on the style; please plan ahead.

INSTALLATIONS & UNITS

  • Vanity Packages & Units are available DAILY and highly recommended. 

  • Outside bundles/units are accepted for installation Tuesday - Friday ONLY. 

  • Outside lace installs will incur an additional $40 fee.

  • Lace/units must be dropped off 2 to 3 days prior to your appointment for customization (failure to do so may result in cancellation). 

  • Do NOT use lace from beauty supply stores; these mayneed replacement and may lead to appointment cancellation.

SATURDAY POLICY

  • Saturday appointments are reserved ONLY for: 

  • New Vanity Package Clients. 

  • New Vanity Unit Clients. 

  • V.I.P. Vanity Guests. 

  • NO EXCEPTIONS!

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to reschedule. 

  • No-call/no-show = Blocked from future bookings until a 50% rebooking fee is paid. 

  • NO EXCEPTIONS!

SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS

  • Appointments scheduled before 9:30 AM, after 5:30 PM, or not booked online are considered SQUEEZE-INS and will incur a $100 emergency fee.

BRIDAL BOOKINGS

  • Bridal bookings require a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure and block off your date.

CUSTOM WIG ORDERS

  • Custom wig orders can be placed anytime via our "Shop" tab. 

  • Please allow 12 days for processing and delivery.

EXTRA GUEST

  • NO EXTRA GUESTS PERMITTED. 

  • Anyone 13 years and older will be charged adult pricing.

HEALTH & HYGIENE

  • If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any flu-like symptoms, please reschedule. 

  • Clients who arrive visibly ill may be asked to leave and reschedule. 

  • The salon follows strict sanitation protocols (disinfecting tools/surfaces, hand sanitizer available, clean environment). 

  • Mask policies may be enforced during high health alerts or at the stylist’s discretion.

CONSULTATION

  • Virtual and in-person consultations are available by appointment. 

  • Highly recommended for first-time clients, bridal bookings, or major style changes. 

  • Consultation fees are separate and are NOT credited toward future appointments.

REFUNDS ON COMPLETE SERVICES

  • No refunds for completed services. 

  • Notify your stylist before leaving if you have concerns so we can address them immediately. 

  • In some cases, a complimentary touch-up or correction may be offered within 24 hours (stylist discretion). 

  • All services are final once rendered.

CHILDREN POLICY

  • Children under 13 are not permitted unless receiving a service. 

  • Children receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

  • Failure to follow this policy may result in appointment cancellation without refund.

HAIR PREPARATION

  • Clients must arrive with hair clean, fully detangled, and free of heavy products unless a shampoo service is included. 

  • Remove all glue, oils, gels, and braids prior to your appointment. 

  • Failure to do so may result in a $25+ prep fee or cancellation. 

  • Prep services may be added if time allows but are not guaranteed unless booked in advance.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

  • Vanity Xtreme is not responsible for results or longevity when using client-provided hair, lace, or products. 

  • We recommend using in-house Vanity Units and bundles for best results. 

  • Bring only 100% human hair of professional quality. 

  • Poor lace or synthetic blends may lead to service refusal or additional charges.

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • By booking, you consent to photos/videos of your finished style for marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). 

  • If you prefer not to be recorded or photographed, inform us before your service begins. 

  • We never post without your knowledge and will always respect your privacy.

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

  • All sales are final. 

  • By booking and receiving services, you agree to pay the full amount at the time of service. 

  • Any attempt to dispute charges after services have been rendered is considered fraud. 

  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action and permanently block future bookings. 

  • Contact us directly for any payment issues so we can resolve them professionally. 

  • A chargeback may result in being blocked from future bookings and purchases.
